Moroccan Oil Review

From time to time, I like to share hair and skin products/tips and today I'm featuring Moroccan Oil products.  I first heard about this hair care line from my friend Tish.  And surprisingly, ended up realizing that my stylist uses the line on my hair.  I must say its pretty pricey, but it does well in my hair.  My hair is not super thin, but not super thick.  (SN:  I've always wished I had thicker, longer hair but hey you have to work with what God gave you and be thankful!!)  I hate products that are really heavy because they weigh my hair down but the Moroccan Oil products seem to work pretty well.  When I started growing my relaxer out after my wedding in Oct 2009, I went from being a DIY hairstylist to going to a professional hairstylist regularly again.  For years, I did my own hair and only went to salons to get hair cuts.  Although, I think I did a pretty good job,  I definitely notice a difference with having someone else do my hair.  Now this process of growing out my relaxer is a completely different story...lol...I'll save that for another time. :)

Anywho, back to Moroccan Oil products.  So far, Ive tried the shampoo, conditioner, and oil.  If you are in the market for new hair products, give it a try and let me know how it does in your hair!

  4. I've been natural for at least 5 years and have been using the deep conditioning mask as my regular conditioner, and I love it! If you're in the DC area, you can get this line at Suissa Salon in Pentagon City mall.

  5. I love Morrocan oil! It's a great light weight oil that really keeps my hair moisturized. I have the exact one that Neka has in the picture but if you're looking for an alternative, Argan oil is the same thing. I found that one in my local beauty supply store and they smell exactly alike. It even says that it is made from Morrocan oil. I'll have to try to the other Morrocan products.
