Real Wedding - Joy & Conrod

Today's real wedding post is on Joy & Conrod. The wonderful couple met at a mutual friend's graduation party. On their first date, Conrod told the couple sitting next to them at dinner that he was going to marry Joy!!! And boy was he right...how sweet!!! :)

The couple wed on July 3, 2009 at St. Lukes Episcopal Church in Philadelphia, PA in front of over 200 guests. I had the pleasure of attending this gorgeous wedding this past weekend and it was truly a site to see!! This wedding definitely ranks in my top 3!

The reception took place at the beautiful Cescaphe Ballroom in Philly. They had an amazing cocktail hour.... music, open bar, and anything you can think of was served ....from sushi to lamp chops to steak to lobster tails. The ballroom was stunning! Beautiful flowers everywhere.... custom lighting....the works! They entered the room to Diamond Girl by Ryan Leslie while sparklers lit the stairway as they came down it! HOT!! What topped the cake literally was the dessert bar .... which had everything from funnel cakes to pies to cakes of every sort to ice cream on it. AMAZING!

Oh and did I mention they had a trolley (a big Philly thing) to transport some guests from church to reception! Nice!
