Okay so in about 12 days, I will be exactly 2 months away from my big day!! Although, Ive been working out and Ive lost some weight, I haven't gone super hard yet! So in prepartion to look my very best on my wedding day, Operation 'Get Right for my Wedding' is going in full effect on Aug 17th!
Now some of these things Im already doing but this will be my regimen from Aug 17 to Oct 17.
1. Drink water only (no sodas, juices, etc)
2. Work out 3-4 days a week consistently (this should be good enough for me to reach my goal)
3. No candy or junk food (this one's a toughie for me)
4. Eat healthy (another toughie...I LOVE pizza!)
5. Take vitamins
-One a Day Women's Multivitamin
-Hair, Skin, & Nail Vitamins
-Grape Seed extract vitamins (they improve skin & aid in circulation)
6. Get plenty of rest (not sure how Im going to pull this one off but we'll see..lol)
