I get a lot of emails from people seeking my help on events, parties, etc. who don't live in the Philadelphia and surrounding area so I wanted to let you all know I do offer consultation services for those of you who may have a room, event, or party to decorate and are completely stuck on what to do or how to do it. If you just need ideas and instructions on how to bring them to life AND you don't mind doing some legwork yourself, this is for you, contact me for more info!

NEW BAGS!!
Sooooo, Im finally ready to unveil a few of my new bags to you all! My site www.nnekasaran.com should be up soon but in the meantime, you can make purchases on my Etsy page here OR email me (NNEKAH@GMAIL.COM) to place an order! (All items made-to-order)
When asked what inspires me for the bags I make, I always tell people...FABRIC. I really draw inspiration from fabrics I see. Either it speaks to me or it doesn't and I know right away! This season, I was drawn to alot of prints, knit fabrics, and textured leathers. I think a handbag really shows a woman's personality. My bags usually speak to women who don't mind standing out, who like to be a little daring, have an edge, and just love unique pieces!
All my bags are handmade and made in LIMITED QUANTITIES...so usually once its gone, its gone. But the beauty in that is that you can be sure you wont run into 100 other women with your bag on! :)
So check out my new bags and I'd love to hear what you think! Also, remember I will constantly be adding new bags so keep check regularly on my sites! And I'll def let ya know when me official site is up!
P.S. Bare with me..these pics were taken by me with my lil camera. In my opinion, they really dont do the bags justice but I should have the professional pics up soon! :)

Happy Thanksgiving!
Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Today is a day we spend time with loved ones and give thanks for all the blessings we have been given. However, Thanksgiving should be EVERYDAY! No matter what is going on in any of our lives at this moment, the good always outweighs the bad. Sometimes we take so much for granted that we don't realize how blessed we are for even the "little things". I am sooo grateful for God's grace and mercy! He has blessed me immensely and I could never say thank you enough for all He has done in my life and in the lives of my loved ones. I am so thankful for my husband, family, friends, health, passion, and the list could go on and on. So as you carry on today and reflect on all the many things to be thankful for, remember we should keep this same attitude everyday we are blessed to wake up!
Enjoy Thanksgiving and be blessed yall! :)

My '31 & Loving It" Pink Party PICS
Here are a few pics I promised you guys from my '31 & Loving It' party I hosted! The wonderful professional photos were taken by Nicole of Girl Photography. And I took the others (Im sure you will be able to tell the difference...lol) Of course, I did the decorations and also most of the food. And let me tell you... all that can really wear you out! Note to self: leave the catering to someone else :)
Overall, we had a great time! Food, games, laughing, and good company...what more does a girl need? :) Thanks again to all my chicas who came out!
*The beautiful flowers were a gift from my girls Courtney and Cassandra and arranged by Cassandra.

Real Wedding: Asia & Kevin
Today's real wedding feature is on one of my linesisters, Asia and her hubby Kevin. They were also featured on Essence.com so check out the feature there as well!
Asia and Kevin met six years ago at a party and have been together ever since. Over the course of their relationship, they have shared some good and bad times -- from the joyous birth of their first son, Kai, to the painful death of Asia's mother. When Asia's mother passed away in 2005, Kevin was there for her every step of the way. He wiped her tears, wrote her mother's obituary because she couldn't do it, and just helped her through. His support during that time is actually what let her know he was the "one".
Kevin proposed to Asia on their five year anniversary dinner date. She excitedly said, "Oh my God, YES!"
The beautiful couple opted for a destination wedding in Key Biscayne, Florida. Check out some of their lovely pictures! Congrats again Asia & Kevin! :)
